To be honest, we didn't realise that selling and buying a propery could be so complicated and such a long winded process. So my wife and I are completely and honestly glad we could rely on Roy to assist us in this meticulous but exciting journey.

Our process of looking for a buyer for our unit and we ourselves looking for a unit to buy kick started in March 2019 and we expected the whole process to take forever especially with regards to finding a buyer for our unit in such dampened market conditions. But kudos to Roy as we felt he worked religiously and relentlessly to push out pamphlets and brochures of our unit to nearby HDB estates to primarily target the Hdb upgrade. This we felt was a very well thought out strategy and true enough we managed to find a buyer for our unit within 3 months when I have known owners looking for a suitable buyer for months and even up to a year.

We also really appreciate Roy for his constant updates he gives so that we are in the loop of what he is doing and he is very open to ideas from us as well which makes it always a very interactive session with him. He is available anytime of the day for a quick chat so gives you that comforting feeling that he has your interests at heart and is willing to hear you out.

Also we must really be thankful to Roy as he was very patient with us as we kept changing our minds on the type of propery we were looking at, location we were targeting and even the budget we had in mind. He was able to constantly change his strategy and approach to suit our needs and expectations.

In our opinion we got a very good deal on both the sale and purchase of our units and we have no one else but Roy to thank. We are so pleased with his services that I have recommended him to my dad who is also looking to move and I would not even hesitate for a second to recommend him to my friends.
